Norwich City Council will describe how they made this happen and the City of York Council will share how they are developing these ambitious principles across the city. The discussion will be moderated by Guardian journalist, Oliver Wainwright.

The event is designed to help - we want you to feel optimistic and inspired. We will offer insights to help you persuade others that this is not just possible, but achievable, recognising that this is a different journey for everyone.
